Schedule an appointment


Please arrive 10-15 min early for your appointment if you are a new client to complete your Client Intake Questionnaire. Your treatment starts at the time scheduled, if you are running late or have not completed your intake form we may have to shorten your treatment time so we can be on time for our next client.
