Spa Information

At Stress Medics, we pride ourselves on offering the best service for our clients. Please make yourself aware of the company policies and procedures listed below. These policies were designed to ensure a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us. Please advise us when scheduling your service of any allergies, illness, disabilities, high blood pressure or pregnancy.

We have 4 different genres of music for your to enjoy during your massage.  Select from Classical, New Age, Piano or our Signature Music Mix.  If you have specific music you would like to enjoy during your treatments, we invite you to bring in your CD's and we will upload them to your treatment room for your to enjoy.  We can also create a custom playlist for you to enjoy on your next visit.  Please arrive 15-20 min prior to your appointment to allow time to upload the music to your treatment room.  If you have your music already on an iPod and a playlist created, just bring in your iPod and we can instantly have the music in your treatment room.

We accommodate parties for all occasions. For a unique party idea contact the Stress Medics and let us know how we may assist you in planning a wonderful day at the spa. We specialize in Group and Bridal Parties, large or small. A 50% deposit is required for party reservations, and will be applied toward your services.

To enhance your experience and allow time to fill out the necessary new client information form, we suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to a scheduled appointment. We ask all new clients to fill out a brief health form to assist our therapists so we can tailor the service to fit your individual needs. In the event you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for the next client.

Please notify us a minimum of 24 hours should you need to reschedule or cancel your spa service to avoid a 50% charge for the service. Spa packages and/or multiple services require a 48 hour notice to avoid the 50% charge. No shows will be charged 100% for all scheduled services.  Same-day appointments are non-cancelable and will be charged at full value. We understand circumstances may arise that are unavoidable and we will do our best to accommodate you.

When you book an appointment with us, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist whose time is allocated exclusively for you throughout your treatment. In the event that you are late for your appointment, you are still responsible to pay the full amount for the time you have reserved and you will receive the remaining time of your treatment.

For a relaxing spa experience, please turn cell phones, pagers or any other electronic devices on silent while in the spa.

Gratuity is not included in the price of your service. In recognition of the care and outstanding service provided by your massage or skin care professional, your generosity is appreciated.

For skin care, massage and spa services, guests must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian’s written consent.

Your comfort and well-being is of the utmost importance to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions by including it on your new client information form and also discussing with your massage or skin care professional. Discuss your special needs or requests with our friendly reception staff so they may place you with a therapist or skin care professional that is right for you. Be sure to discuss any specific requests with your therapist or skin care professional so they can customize your session.

All of the high quality products we offer are guaranteed and we want you to enjoy your selections. Products may be returned for an exchange or spa credit within 5 days of purchase.

Stress Medics kindly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Stress Medics Gift Certificates, and cash.  Returned checks will be subject to a $30 processing fee. Gift Certificates are valid for dollar amounts only.
